What We Wear

This collection is part of a larger investigation into the question "Why do we wear what we wear?" This project explored the influences of the places we are raised in on our sense of self and self-dress practices. The aesthetic of this line was cultivated by the feelings of individuality and strength exhibited by the people I interviewed when they discussed the meaningfulness behind their own dress practices.
